Who is State Street Barbers looking for to open a franchise?
Unlike most franchises offered in the men’s grooming segment, we do not desire to be the next large discount haircut franchise chain, with hundreds of locations that rush customers in and out like an assembly line operation. We are committed to ensuring that franchise owners are selected carefully, as well as trained and supported properly, in order to maintain the integrity of our brand.

We are looking for successful business professionals who can bring their skills to the table and share the State Street Barbers’ philosophy of providing excellent service in a unique environment. Specific experience in the salon or grooming industry is helpful, but not necessary. Customer services and staff management skills are also beneficial. Regardless of your background, we will provide the training you need to use our systems and procedures in your business.

How long does it take to get to a State Street Barbers location?
Each location is different, and the exact timing will vary depending on a variety of factors such as site selection, developing the premises, obtaining required permits, and completing the necessary training. However, for planning purposes, we anticipate it will take approximately 6 months from signing the franchise agreement to opening your State Street Barbers.

What kind of support will I receive when I join the State Street Barbers franchise system?
When you join the State Street Barbers franchise system you will become part of an established, fully-branded concept and a time-tested business model that has been proven to work in multiple locations. From the start, you will backed by the strength of our experienced leadership team, bringing to bear over twenty years of collective industry experience and deep expertise in strategic consulting, finance, marketing, and operations.
